Product Description

1.Introduction
The fruits are poured into the belt feeding hopper of the elevator and are conveyed upward evenly by the conveyor roller bar of the elevator, so that the fruits roll while moving. Firstly, it is conveyed to the manual selection section to select the bad fruits; after that, it enters into the queuing conveyor belt and records the weight of each fruit through the weighing sensor, then it is conveyed to the electronic weighing fruit tray in turn and falls into the hopper according to the weight and is conveyed to the basket (box).
The electronic weight grader is composed of belt feeding hopper, elevator, queuing conveyor belt and weighing system. The whole machine surface is treated with 230 degree Celsius high temperature spraying, which is more hard and wearable and beautiful than the traditional paint.
