Date polisher
Through mechanical friction and rolling, the polisher can remove dust and impurities on the surface of the dates, improve the appearance of the dates, and make them brighter and smoother.
Date grader
Sorting the dates into 5 sizes according to their diameter ensures uniform specifications in market sales, improves packaging efficiency, and optimizes production processes.

This Fstsort dates grading sizing machine consists of hopper&elevator, vibrating screen ,a brushes bed with high pressure water sprayers, an air drying machine and a size grader, used for sorting and grading fruits by diameters. Stainless steel rollers rotate on the inspection table for manual quality sorting.

1. Q: How much wax it uses?
A: Wax consumption: 30L per hour (calculated according to the spraying for 3 seconds and the stopping for 5 seconds, you can change the speed)
2. Q: They say 1kg of wax is enough for 1 ton of fruits.. correct?
A: Yes, in real working situation, its less.
3. Q: How much water consumption?
A: Water tank capacity: 2.45 cubic meters
Spray water consumption: 1.5 tons per hour (with 2 pipes 6 nozzles)
4. Q: How long is the warranty?
A: All machines come with a one-year warranty from date of installation.
5. Q: Do you have people for installation and start up for the machine?
A: Photos, videos and instructions will be sent to the customer to aid installation and operation of the machinery. If the customer requires additional assistance, an engineer can be sent from China.
6. Q: What assistance can you provide in installation&operation?
A: Yes We will provide assistance anytime you need, normally we provide video and manual for operation/installation, then we will create a group for your engineer and our engineer so you can ask questions anytime.
7. Q: Production time? Or do you have in stock?
A: Because the production line is customized, we don't have stock, and normally the production time is about 20~30 working days depend on the functions.
