Product Description

This is a fill & weigh machine for blueberry packing in small containers (plastic punnets, clamshells, baskets), with or without lids.Eight filling stations for consistent, high-speed filling at precise weights.Fully automated, adaptable for all package formats, easy format changes, high speed, high precision.
The machine has a capacity of around 1 ton per hour, and the graded blueberries are fed through a food grade belt into the packaging section, where they are weighed according to the weight you have set, and can be packed from 125gr to 10,000 gr. It is not only suitable for blueberries, but also cranberries, raspberries, beans and etc.

A: Wax consumption: 30L per hour (calculated according to the spraying for 3 seconds and the stopping for 5 seconds, you can change the speed)

A: Yes, in real working situation, its less.

3. Q: How much water consumption?
A: Water tank capacity: 2.45 cubic meters
