1.What is the different sizes of the berries that your machine could sort?
Sizes on the grader can be customized according to the sizes you provided.
2.How much time does it typically take to commission the installation?
The machine is easy to do installation. Just need to install the frames on the inspection conveyor and blower, connect power. we will provide operation manual before you get the machine.
3.Are there time based maintenance activities that needs to be considered as part of the life cycle cost of the solution.
Normally this machine just need to add engine oil on chains every week.
4. Does the machine come with a single phase or 3-phase motor?
The standard electricity on the blueberry machine is 220V, single phase. We can also make it to 380V, 3 phase if customer need.
5.Please can you also give me an estimated time of delivery.
Delivery time is 10~20 working days after received down payment.
6.What's the drop distance through the drum to the belt?
The drop distance from top of drum to. belt is. about.10cm, but fruits drop all the way during rolling, only very small quantify drop from the top
7.Do you find much loss of bloom on this sorter?
This machine sorts gently, can minimum make loss of bloom, We sold a lot of blueberry machines to many farmers in China and Europe, they are happy with it and some of them want to be our agent in local.
