Product Description
Fstsort avocado weight sorting equipment is composed of bin tipper, elevator,avocado inspection table and electronic weight sorter. This sorting channel can be customized according to your output, usually one, two or four lane, and the packing table can be on one side or double sides. The sorting weight grade can also be customized according to your avocado variety, usually 9/12/16 for exits. The fruit tray is replaceable and works with apples, peaches, citrus fruits, mangoes, passion fruits and more.

A: Wax consumption: 30L per hour (calculated according to the spraying for 3 seconds and the stopping for 5 seconds, you can change the speed)
2. Q: They say 1kg of wax is enough for 1 ton of fruits.. correct?
A: Yes, in real working situation, its less.
3. Q: How much water consumption?
A: Water tank capacity: 2.45 cubic meters
Spray water consumption: 1.5 tons per hour (with 2 pipes 6 nozzles)
4. Q: How long is the warranty?
A: All machines come with a one-year warranty from date of installation.
5. Q: Do you have people for installation and start up for the machine?
A: Photos, videos and instructions will be sent to the customer to aid installation and operation of the machinery. If the customer requires additional assistance, an engineer can be sent from China.
6. Q: What assistance can you provide in installation&operation?
A: Yes We will provide assistance anytime you need, normally we provide video and manual for operation/installation, then we will create a group for your engineer and our engineer so you can ask questions anytime.
7. Q: Production time? Or do you have in stock?
A: Because the production line is customized, we don't have stock, and normally the production time is about 20~30 working days depend on the functions.
