Product Description
The jujube weighing and grading machine is composed of an adjustable size grading machine, a weighing system and an automatic out-basket device.The control cabinet is equipped with weighing device. The roller classifier drives the roller on the grading bed to move forward parallel through the bearing rotation, and gradually increase the gap between the rollers to reach the corresponding size of the jujube, so that the jujube falls from the gap between the rollers to the fruit conveyor belt. There is an automatic basket feeding device under the conveyor belt, 5 pieces Automatic weighing device (customers can freely set the weight of each grade according to PLC), after weighing, it will be automatically packed on the non-powered conveyor belt.

1. Q: How much wax it uses?
A: Wax consumption: 30L per hour (calculated according to the spraying for 3 seconds and the stopping for 5 seconds, you can change the speed)
2. Q: They say 1kg of wax is enough for 1 ton of fruits.. correct?
A: Yes, in real working situation, its less.
3. Q: How much water consumption?
A: Water tank capacity: 2.45 cubic meters
Spray water consumption: 1.5 tons per hour (with 2 pipes 6 nozzles)
4. Q: How long is the warranty?
A: All machines come with a one-year warranty from date of installation.
5. Q: Do you have people for installation and start up for the machine?
A: Photos, videos and instructions will be sent to the customer to aid installation and operation of the machinery. If the customer requires additional assistance, an engineer can be sent from China.
6. Q: What assistance can you provide in installation&operation?
A: Yes We will provide assistance anytime you need, normally we provide video and manual for operation/installation, then we will create a group for your engineer and our engineer so you can ask questions anytime.
7. Q: Production time? Or do you have in stock?
A: Because the production line is customized, we don't have stock, and normally the production time is about 20~30 working days depend on the functions.
