Product Description
This Fstsort Gherkin sorting machine consists of an elevator and a sorter. The elevator is automatically lifted and rotated automatically by the roller.To achieve uniform feeding, the classifier is a roller grader, and the roller sizer rotates through the screw shaft to drive the classification.
The rollers on the bed move forward and parallel, and gradually increase the gap between the rollers to reach the size corresponding to the gherkins, so that the gherkin falls from the gap between the rollers to the fruit conveyor belt to complete the size classification of the gherkin.

1. Q: How much wax it uses?
A: Wax consumption: 30L per hour (calculated according to the spraying for 3 seconds and the stopping for 5 seconds, you can change the speed)
2. Q: They say 1kg of wax is enough for 1 ton of fruits.. correct?
A: Yes, in real working situation, its less.
3. Q: How much water consumption?
A: Water tank capacity: 2.45 cubic meters
Spray water consumption: 1.5 tons per hour (with 2 pipes 6 nozzles)
4. Q: How long is the warranty?
A: All machines come with a one-year warranty from date of installation.
5. Q: Do you have people for installation and start up for the machine?
A: Photos, videos and instructions will be sent to the customer to aid installation and operation of the machinery. If the customer requires additional assistance, an engineer can be sent from China.
6. Q: What assistance can you provide in installation&operation?
A: Yes We will provide assistance anytime you need, normally we provide video and manual for operation/installation, then we will create a group for your engineer and our engineer so you can ask questions anytime.
7. Q: Production time? Or do you have in stock?
A: Because the production line is customized, we don't have stock, and normally the production time is about 20~30 working days depend on the functions.
