Product Description

The blueberry classifier is composed of a conveyor belt fruit picking platform, a fan and a classifying part.
Through manual feeding, the fan blows away the impurities, and the second fruits and impurities are picked off from the conveyor belt, and then enter the classifying part.
Round holes of different diameters are arranged evenly on each grading drum in the grading part (the nearest grade to the feed port is the smallest grade, and according to the diameter of the holes on the drum, the second and third grades are followed, and the last grade has the largest size of blueberries).
Blueberries enter the sorting part successively from the conveyor belt. Under the action of the sieve drum, the size classification is realized, and the blueberries with the corresponding diameter of each drum will be transported to the user's turnover basket with the corresponding outlet conveyor belt, thus completing the whole sorting process.
