How broccoli graders work
This broccoli grader uses roller bar technology to accurately sort broccoli into different sizes through rolling screening. The machine gently conveys the chopped broccoli over rotating rollers with adjustable gaps. Smaller pieces naturally fall through earlier gaps, while larger pieces continue along the conveyor until they reach appropriately sized openings. This precise sorting mechanism guarantees that each batch meets exacting standards, reducing waste and enhancing product appeal.

Broccoli washing sorting Grading Line
Product Description
This line consists of bubble washing tanks, inspection stations, and size graders. Broccoli will be cut into pieces at the working stations and then sent to the grader. Broccoli will be graded into different sizes and sent to other tanks for sterilization.

1. Q: How much wax it uses?
A: Wax consumption: 30L per hour (calculated according to the spraying for 3 seconds and the stopping for 5 seconds, you can change the speed)
2. Q: They say 1kg of wax is enough for 1 ton of fruits.. correct?
A: Yes, in real working situation, its less.
3. Q: How much water consumption?
A: Water tank capacity: 2.45 cubic meters
Spray water consumption: 1.5 tons per hour (with 2 pipes 6 nozzles)
4. Q: How long is the warranty?
A: All machines come with a one-year warranty from date of installation.
5. Q: Do you have people for installation and start up for the machine?
A: Photos, videos and instructions will be sent to the customer to aid installation and operation of the machinery. If the customer requires additional assistance, an engineer can be sent from China.
6. Q: What assistance can you provide in installation&operation?
A: Yes We will provide assistance anytime you need, normally we provide video and manual for operation/installation, then we will create a group for your engineer and our engineer so you can ask questions anytime.
7. Q: Production time? Or do you have in stock?
A: Because the production line is customized, we don't have stock, and normally the production time is about 20~30 working days depend on the functions.
