The equipment consists of three parts: hopper, picking table and roller classifier. The potatoes are poured into the hopper into the picking conveyor, and the picking and conveying is a roller conveyor, which can realize regular sorting and rotating transportation of fruits and vegetables, which is convenient for operators to select defective fruits. The gap between them achieves the effect of grading by diameter.

This potato grader has a small hopper customized to the length of the Spanish customer's warehouse and is used as a transition between feeding and picking. The grading part is based on the customer's potato varieties to make four grades, which are smaller than 25mm, 25-50mm, 50-86mm, and larger than 86mm. 

Combining with customer needs, we can provide more efficient and suitable grading models, so there are different production capacities, and the output will naturally vary.
