Fstsort Mango Processing Machine. This machine, a proprietary Fstsort machine, features high-pressure spray cleaning, fruit and vegetable phytosanitizing, air drying, and final weight grading. Fully automated pesticide application, with adjustable concentration and uniform coverage, meets international fruit pesticide application requirements, replacing manual application and significantly improving processing efficiency.
This machine's greatest advantage lies in its automated individual fruit weight grading. Each grade can be freely set according to customer needs via a PLC, ensuring precise and damage-free grading. Furthermore, this machine addresses the issue of traditional fruit pickers' small grading hoppers and cramped packing space, which can lead to fruit accumulation in the hopper. This improves efficiency, reduces fruit bruises, and enables automated fruit harvesting, saving operators and reducing production costs. The entire machine's surface is treated with a 230°C high-temperature plastic spray finish, making it harder and more wear-resistant than traditional paint.
